About

Employ Right Ltd has been in business since early 2000.  The founder Ann Rodney has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies, Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development (FIPD) and a Masters in Human Resources. She has many years experience gained in the Public, Private and Not-for-profit Sector and five years recent experience Coaching and Training managers on Leadership and Development.

Small Business Support – we provide the support you require as a small business. This includes providing employment contracts, HR policies and procedure to ensure you are compliant and an employer of choice.

HR Consultancy – covers performance management, investigations, hearings, assisting with recruitment, managing redundancies and organisational change, dealing with grievances.
